The ownership of Daley Tower Service, Inc. is committed to making the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) of all employees its’ prime importance. Our in-house safety company, Regional Safety Concepts, LLC, is run by safety manager Michael Prejean.  Mike is a certified health and safety technician in construction through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and has a BS in Occupational Safety and Health.  He is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).

All tower technicians are trained in many aspects of safety and health of the telecommunications industry under the Comtrain Training Program (ComtrainUSA.com). Comtrain is one of the most respected programs in the tower safety training industry and is also a founding member of NATE (National Association of Tower Erectors).  Our on-site training tower is used to extensively train our tower technicians in Fall Protection, Rigging, and Vertical rescue programs whereby every individual is trained initially upon hire and then again every two years and are also required to perform a rescue annually.  We also ensure all technicians are well versed and certified in CPR and first aid, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, personal protective equipment, rigging safety, materials handling, Radio Frequency training and Driving Safety.  Supervisor’s understand the importance of hazard identification and use tools like the job safety analysis to ensure all understand the hazards and mitigating measures to their work.

Daley Tower Service, Inc. is a member of several Safety and Compliance Networks such as IS Netwold, Avetta, Browz and Veriforce.  Clients who are also members can receive current updates with regards to safety indices, safety training, OSHA Logs, and insurance requirements.  We also participate in PEC’s Safeland/Safegulf, Hydrogen Sulfide Safety Awareness, and Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) programs.

NWSA TTT 1 & 2 PRACTICAL EXAMS

Regional Safety Concepts offers the practical exam for the NWSA Telecommunications Tower Technician 1 (TTT1) and the Telecommunications Tower Technician 2 (TTT2).  This is for the practical exam only; this is not a training class.  The NWSA TTT1 and TTT2 certifications do not replace Authorized Climber, Authorized Rescuer, or Rigging certifications. Certification is good for five years.  Call or email to schedule your practical exam.
