Our Employees & Qualifications

Daley Tower Service, Inc. currently employs approximately 28 full time civil and elevated-work personnel in order to meet your company's demands. Field crews are normally kept between three and five members, including the crew supervisor/foreman. In some instances, crews are combined should additional manpower be required. Our crews are trained and have the ability to multi-task, performing civil, antenna and line, and equipment installation all on the same project.

The President/Owner of the company still maintains an active role in the daily operations. Office personnel, including the Director of Operations, are kept abreast of all activities through daily strategy meetings and more formal weekly operations meetings with the President. Daily communications are maintained with the field crew supervisor/foreman in order to get an accurate account of progress on each project.
