The first stage of every tower project is to determine our client's needs. What is the tower's purpose? What are the challenges, whether they be physical, technical, regulatory or fiscal? From that base information, we build a plan. Every tower we design-whether it is guyed, self-supporting or rooftop; single use or multi-use; z- or x-braced- is engineered by a professional engineer to best meet the project's needs. We'll survey the tower site, conduct soil tests and coordinate with local governing agencies to ensure local, state and national regulations (including Federal Aviation Administration) are met. Our engineers factor in tower height and tower loading (based upon the number and type of antennae on a tower, and where they are located), wind and weather, environmental impact, and even aesthetics, when designing a project.
All Daley Towers are engineered to not only meet, but exceed the strictest building codes, including the Florida Building Code (FBC) , International Building
Code (IBC) , Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) and Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA).
We fabricate the vast majority of our towers in-house, at our state-of-the-art fabrication plant. Operating our own plants allows us greater control of our tower project, giving us the ability to keep projects on time, on budget and always high quality.
At the fabrication stage, quality control is essential. Our highly experienced welders are certified in radiographic, ultrasonic, dye penetrant, magnetic particle and visual testing, to ensure your tower meets the most stringent specifications. What's more, since we are master installers, every Daley tower features design improvements that facilitate simpler installation and more precise alignment. That saves time on installation. And saving time saves you money.
